Stimpacks are capsules of synthesised adrenaline, aggression hormones, and strong painkillers. They are used by Marines and Firebats to temporarily increase their speed and rate of fire. If a limb is severed, their powered armour injects a dose into the area. Side effects include tissue hemorrhage, manifested as a -10 hitpoint penalty. A unit taking a stimpack cries out "Oh yeah!" or "That's the stuff!" Resocialized addicts often use them to calm down, completely opposite the intended purpose.
